This is a tour which allows you to discover 2 famous wines regions in Spain and experience the very best of Spanish wine and gastronomy. There is no need for renting a car, maps and planning which wineries to visit – we have got this for you. You will be chauffeured from your hotel to all the wineries in a private minivan by your expert tour guide. This multi-day tour is ideal to discover fantastic wineries and wines, learn about the culture and witness impressive vineyard landscapes.

You will be picked up at your hotel by your guide and the first stop will be Ribera del Duero, one of Spain´s top wine regions. On the way to Ribera there will be a brief stop in Segovia – a city well-known for its famous Roman aqueduct, cathedral, Alcazar castle, and being a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Once you have arrived in Ribera del Duero there will be visits to 2-3 prestigious wineries where you will taste their best wines. Following the visits, you will enjoy the region´s fine gastronomy by having lunch at a nearby winery or restaurant. Your private guide will then drop you off at your hotel in Burgos and recommend you the best options for your evening meal. Remember to rest well tonight as Rioja awaits you in the morning!
After finishing up breakfast, your guide will pick you up and the private tour of Rioja begins. We have arranged a visit to 2 of our favourite wineries which is concluded with wine tasting. To satisfy your appetite you will be served a traditional Riojan meal for lunch at a local restaurant. Throughout the day your guide will take you to Rioja´s best spots where you will discover the best views of the surrounding landscapes and vineyards. The private tour of Rioja ends with a drop-off at your 12th-Century castle hotel.
Following breakfast, your guide will meet you at the hotel and the journey starts back to Madrid. For one last superb experience, there will be a stop in the charming town of Lerma where you will have tapas. Based on your preferences, you can choose to spend more time in Rioja by yourself or travel from there to another city in Spain
